Here you will find my past designs, sold in Cross Stitch shops unless they are teaching pieces. I enjoy combining antique treasures, easy finishing, and fun stories into each of my creations. Please use the tab, Find A Shop, to find a retailer near you carrying The Purple Thread!
A bit of French or English reminds you that each day can be One Fine Day. The knots in your ribbon loop and the heart charm set this fob apart.
What is there to say about someone obsessed with buttons! The kit comes with the bag already made and includes a new old stock black antique shoe button.
This darling little clutch purse is the second in my purse series and can hold a tiny pair of scissors or needle pack. The vintage heart on top is copper and the little handles on the sides are wooden beads. Purple wool finish the back with a couched silk ribbon on top.
I am just in love with this little finish and secret place to tuck your needles. Pull your wool out of the pocket to reveal the needles.
My mom loved sleighs and had many in her collection. I thought it would be fun to create a series of limited edition Christmas sleigh kits…the one for next year is already bubbling out of my imagination!
